Help with the ATRACS apps
ATRACS is used by air traffic control units to record training and competency. Your account belongs to your unit, so for most account questions your unit’s Training Manager is the quickest help. For anything else, email us at info@airtrafficdatasystems.com.
Forgotten password or no account
Accounts are created and reset by your unit’s Training Manager, not by us — ask them for a new password. After several wrong passwords an account is locked for about 15 minutes; wait, then try again.
Your unit code
The app asks for your unit’s code, such as EMA, before your username and password. Your Training Manager will give it to you. If the app says it cannot reach your unit, check the code and that the device is online.
Something is not working
Email info@airtrafficdatasystems.com with:
- your unit code, and which app (iPad, Android, desktop or ATRACS Lite)
- the version number, shown at the bottom of the sign-in screen
- what you were doing, and the message the app showed
- if the app closed unexpectedly, the error note it shows at the next sign-in — it can be copied
Please do not send passwords or copies of training records.
The demonstration unit
On the iPad, Try the demo on the sign-in screen opens a demonstration unit with invented Trainees and reports, with no account needed. Nothing there is real, and it is not connected to any unit’s data.
Privacy
Your unit controls its own ATRACS records. The ATRACS privacy policy explains what is held, where, and how to ask about your own data.
For Training Managers
Setting up a unit, licences, importing staff from MEIDS or adding a new training plan: email us, or get in touch if your unit does not use ATRACS yet.
